Berry Sorbet

Berry Sorbet

• 1 pound frozen berries (I used blackberries)
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1/4 cup sugar, more or less

Put all items into a food processor. Process until pureed and creamy, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add water as needed. Serve immediately or freeze for later {if serving later allow 10 minutes for sorbet to soften a bit}
